During registration and subsequent identity verification (KYC), you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, Malaysian identity card number or passport number, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

Access to and use of the ar66 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.
ar66 employs age verification procedures as part of its KYC process. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. All deposits, Wagers, and winnings associated with an underage Account will be voided and any deposited funds returned to the original payment method, less any applicable processing fees.
It is an offence under ar66's operating licence and applicable regulations to knowingly facilitate gambling by persons under the minimum age requirement. ar66 takes its obligations in this regard seriously and cooperates fully with any regulatory investigation into underage gambling.

ar66 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms communicated at the time of offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.
Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balance. Unless otherwise stated, real-money balance is staked before Bonus Funds. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period, after which any unused Bonus Funds will expire without compensation.
ar66 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or disqualify a Member from any promotion where ar66 reasonably suspects abuse, exploitation of technical errors, collusion, or breach of these Terms. Decisions regarding bonus qualification and disqualification are final.
A Member may hold only one active welcome bonus at a time. Self-excluding from a promotion does not entitle the Member to an alternative offer of equivalent value.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the ar66 Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, interface designs, text, audio, and video — is owned by or licensed to ar66 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The ar66 name, logo, and associated branding are registered or unregistered trademarks of ar66's operating entity.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from ar66.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ar66 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits, goodwill, or anticipated savings; (c) losses arising from interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the Platform; or (d) losses resulting from a Member's reliance on information provided on the Platform.
ar66's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ar66's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
ar66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account with immediate effect and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Members may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting ar66 support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable withdrawal verification. Bonus Funds not subject to a completed wagering requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Self-exclusion periods may be extended but cannot be shortened once active.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ar66 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ar66's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
Members agree to first submit any complaint to ar66's customer support team and allow a reasonable resolution period of not less than fourteen (14) calendar days before escalating the matter externally. ar66's internal decision shall be final in respect of routine wagering disputes where the outcome is determinable from system records.
ar66 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Members via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendment taking effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications of existing provisions) may be made without advance notice.
The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates the version currently in force. It is the Member's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
